Afinal se estamos em passeio, comer uma pizza ou um hambúrguer não é, de todo, o melhor a fazer. Mas onde comer? Perguntamos aos locais? Vamos à descoberta e “seja o que deus quiser”? Bem, estamos no século XXI, as novas tecnologias facilitam a vida em tantos aspetos, por isso, vamos lá pegar no smartphone e investigar.
É isto que muitos de nós têm vindo a fazer quando saímos de casa e vamos passear por este país fora. Na Heartbeat já fizemos uma investigação acerca da opinião do público em relação ao alojamento na região, e porque não fazermos um levantamento daquilo que acham as pessoas em relação aos restaurantes dos nossos distritos? Foi isso que fizemos!
Fomos até ao Tripadvisor, o site que reúne maior número de opiniões acerca de restaurantes e fizemos um levantamento dos restaurantes e daquilo que os visitantes diziam acerca deles. O prato de carne que era costeletas de borreguinho, e o peixe que era arroz de polvo. A quantidade era o que eu quisesse, ou seja, podia repetir, o sabor era bom. Os pratos de entrada foram uma alheira assada com maça, que estava muito deliciosa, o pão caseiro regado com azeite também estava delicioso. Como prato principal comi vitela estufada a baixas temperaturas e arroz de cabidela, estavam os 2 pratos muito apurados e deliciosos. Para sobremesa tínhamos uma mesa de doces incríveis. E por fim o preço muito baixo quando comparados com a qualidade oferecida. O Staff também era muito atencioso. A repetir.”

Veio aproveitar na Folgosa do Douro um amplo edifício literalmente construído em cima do rio, onde se pode chegar de barco estacionável na marina disponível e usufruir deste local de eleição para um fim de tarde deslumbrante na sua esplanada.
Trata-se do primeiro bar-restaurante semi-aquático do Douro. Fica na estrada marginal entre a Régua e o Pinhão.
A sala é decorada de forma sóbria, em estilo contemporâneo, e a cozinha leva a assinatura do chefe e proprietário Rui Paula.
