Sabemos que o tempo ainda não está para praias, mas a vontade de meter o pé nas águas geladas dos nossos rios já começa a fazer-se sentir – saudades do verão!

Já nos apetece começar a planear as atividades para os dias mais quentes, e já podemos fazer a lista das praias fluviais onde vamos mergulhar! A lista da Bandeira azul já saiu!

Este ano a região da Serra da Estrela e arredores volta a contar com algumas praias galardoadas! Prepare a agenda para o verão 2017!

 

Praia Fluvial de Alvôco das Várzeas

Local: Alvôco das Várzeas, Oliveira do Hospital

 

Situada num vale verdejante na margem da Ribeira do Alvôco, junto a uma ponte medieval e com vista para a Serra da Estrela esta praia oferece um cenário fantástico para uns momentos de descontração em família.

Possui um parque de merendas, bar e restaurante, campo de jogos e a possibilidade de praticarem diversos desportos como natação, canoagem, passeios pedestres ou de btt.

 

Praia Fluvial de Loriga

Local: Loriga, Seia

Em Loriga, no concelho de Seia encontramos esta que é considerada uma das mais belas praias fluviais de Portugal.

Inserida numa paisagem maravilhosa, em pleno Parque Natural da Serra da Estrela, esta praia é um santuário para os amantes da natureza.  Tem ótimas estruturas de apoio e oferece a possibilidade de praticar várias atividades de aventura e passeios pedestres.

 

Praia Fluvial Lapa dos Dinheiros

Local: Seia

Esta é uma praia de águas cristalinas, onde a natureza reina e a tranquilidade impera. Localizada na ribeira da Caniça, um afluente da margem direita do rio Alva, esta zona de banhos enquadra-se numa paisagem de montanha, dominada pelo souto da Lapa e imponentes afloramentos graníticos. Com um espelho de água límpida, muito apetecível a banhos, a praia ostenta o galardão de praia acessível e tem vigilância.

 

Praia Fluvial de Valhelhas

Local: Valhelhas, Guarda

Situada em plena Serra da Estrela, entre a Covilhã, Manteigas e a Guarda, a praia fluvial de Valhelhas, banhada pelo Zêzere, dispõe de parque de campismo, parque de merendas, bares de apoio, entre outras facilidades.

 

Praia Fluvial de Pessegueiro

Local: Pampilhosa da Serra

Praia galardoada com Qualidade Ouro 2012 pela Quercus, tem na frescura das suas águas e nas condições de apoio a banhistas as suas maiores riquezas. A sua beleza ímpar pode proporcionar aos visitantes momentos únicos. É composto por Praia Fluvial, Bar de Apoio e dois Bungalows.

 

Praia Fluvial de Santa Luzia

Local: Pampilhosa da Serra

Situada no coração do concelho, é o ex-libris paisagístico do território. Situada a meio caminho entre as duas aldeias do xisto (Fajão e Janeiro de Baixo) e encostada ao complexo do açor esta praia foi galardoada com a distinção Qualidade Ouro 2012 pela Quercus.

Mais uma vez Portugal está de parabéns com mais praias a serem galardoadas (320), tornando-se o sexto país com mais Bandeiras Azuis.
