Temos Encontro marcado com a História em Castelo Rodrigo
O verão em Castelo Rodrigo vai ser especial, com viagens pela História que prometem surpreender. Estão aí os Encontros com a História!
Os Encontros com a História são um bom motivo para visitar esta Aldeia Histórica e foram apresentados por Luís Vaz de Camões, o grande poeta nacional! Serão 12 os encontros com seis figuras históricas nacionais que nos levarão numa viagem pelo passado de Portugal e decorrerão durante este verão, repetindo-se no outono em datas a anunciar.
O primeiro encontro será com D. Dinis, o Rei Trovador, também conhecido por Rei Lavrador. Segue-se o segundo com Frei Bernardo de Brito, monge e escritor historiador português, o terceiro encontro será com D. João I, conhecido como Mestre de Aviz e apelidado de “O de Boa Memória”, o quarto encontro será com Efraim Hezekiah Bueno, nascido em 1599 em Castelo Rodrigo com o nome de Martim Alvares, formou-se em medicina em Bordéus e tornou-se emigrante medico e escritor em Amsterdão. O quinto encontro será com Cristóvão de Moura, fidalgo de Castelo Rodrigo e que mandou erguer o palácio cujas ruínas são uma das pérolas desta Aldeia Histórica. O último encontro será com Pedro Jacques de Magalhães, 1.º visconde de Fonte Arcada, foi um dos militares da Guerra da Restauração, que se destacou na Batalha da Salgadela em Castelo Rodrigo.
Estes serão pequenos eventos que procuram agarrar em várias temáticas da história, desenvolve-las de uma forma lúdica.
Os Encontros com a História pretendem ser um espaço onde todos possam participar, e por isso serão feitos “castelings” para serem encontrados figurantes a fim de poderem enriquecer ainda mais estes encontros, os “castelings” (castings que irão decorrer no Castelo de Castelo Rodrigo) são abertos à população e as datas serão anunciadas em breve!
