O “Casas do Côro Family Harvest 2011” um tinto DOC, venceu esta oitava edição demonstrando os esforços destes empresários em construir e promover um empreendimento de qualidade superior que não se limita apenas à oferta hoteleira, demonstrando ser um ótimo destino turístico e gastronómico.
Nesta edição concorreram 27 produtores, com vinhos tintos, brancos, espumantes e frisantes, num total de 75 garrafas. O jantar de gala decorreu em Idanha-a-Velha.
Este concurso serve, mais que tudo, para marcar a posição dos vinhos produzidos nesta região no mercado nacional, demonstrando a evolução dos mesmos e a sua elevada qualidade.
