Vinhos do Dão com distinção de excelência!
Esta semana o vinho esteve em destaque na Heartbeat, com a Revista de Vinhos a divulgar quais os melhores deste ano.
Já aqui falámos daqueles que a publicação considera serem os melhores vinhos para comprar, tendo em conta a relação qualidade/preço e já falámos acerca dos melhores atores no mundo vínico, segundo a revista.
Ainda em relação ao que aconteceu na Gala do passado dia 12, a Revista de Vinhos revelou os vencedores dos prémios excelência que destacam aqueles que a revista considera serem os 30 melhores dos melhores.
Em termos de vinhos, os Prémios Excelência, são a maior distinção que a Revista atribui. Este ano o tinto foi a cor em destaque com 20 vinhos tintos a serem escolhidos, seguidos de três Porto, dois Alvarinho, dois Madeira, um espumante, um branco do Dão e um Moscatel.
Para entrar nesta lista de 30 vinhos de excelência foi preciso que os vinhos obtivessem a pontuação de topo e merecer a aprovação consensual dos elementos da equipa de provas da revista, composta pro 5 provadores de grande experiência e que, em 2015, avaliaram mais de 2.200 vinhos. Daqui saíram 30, pouco mais de 1% do total.
Não querendo retirar o mérito aos muitos vinhos de outras regiões que mereceram este prémio, na HeartBeat queremos dar destaque àqueles que nos são mais queridos, aqueles da nossa região!
E sim, temos dois vinhos considerados de excelência, vinhos do Dão, com o Quinta da Alameda Dão Reserva Especial tinto 2012 da Alameda de Santar e o Quinta da Pellada Primus Dão branco 2013 da Quinta da Pellada a trazerem para as Adegas a grande distinção.
O Quinta da Alameda Dão Reserva Especial tinto 2012 é um vinho tinto de cor ruby, de aroma fino e complexo, com frutos pretos e silvestres, notas de madeira exótica, terra e suaves notas florais. É um vinho encorpado, concentrado e de boa frescura. Sério e contido, com taninos finos muito lustrosos, um final cheio e persistente, polido, cheio de classe e muito bem conseguido. O seu preço no mercado ronda os 25€
O Quinta da Pellada Primus Dão branco 2013 é um vinho muito fino e complexo, vegetal, cítrico, todo coerente e sem excessos. E fruto limpo, com bastante secura e de acidez granítica com um certo lado guloso e anguloso num final atraente largo e todo mineral, o seu preço ronda os 26€.
São vinhos que vale a pena conhecer e apreciar, acompanhados da boa gastronomia regional e claro, de boa companhia, porque assim sabem muito melhor!
