À saída do túnel, de novo no meio da vegetação, sinal de abandono pelo Homem e a Natureza a fazer o que tem a fazer (reconquistar o Seu espaço) … Sentir o ar fresco a entrar pelas narinas, a encher os pulmões e a refrescar todo o nosso corpo… Fechar os olhos e sentir… sentir apenas!
Alguns metros à frente, lá chegámos à 1ª ponte… O anterior “pequeno formigueiro”, agora transformou-se num ENORME TREMOR no corpo todo… até os fios de cabelo tremiam (ou era o vento).
Se claustrofobia é proibida, então vertigens… Um pé de cada vez na ponte… Músculos contraídos, tudo a trabalhar, tudo a tremer e é agora que vamos às entranhas do nosso Ser buscar toda e mais alguma coragem necessária para seguir em frente… a um metro do fim da ponte, metemos “nova mudança” e aceleramos a fundo para, finalmente, colocar os pés em terra firme!
Sensação: ALÍVIO, no meio de risos, adrenalina ao rubro, orgulho, “ESTOU VIVA”… um mix de sensações… boas… Superado o “obstáculo”, o “desafio” de pôr à prova as medonhas vertigens… Uma mão amiga é sempre bem-vinda e ajuda nas adversidades, torna cada passo mais fácil de dar… Aconselho!
